Processing and Cancellation Policy

Processing Time

All 222 Threads products are made on demand specifically for you. Because of this, orders may take up to 9 business days to process before they are shipped.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made on demand, we begin preparing your order for production shortly after it is placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make a change to your order, such as a size, color, address, or other order detail, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes may not be possible once your order has entered production.

Shipping Delays

The stated processing time applies to production of your order and does not include carrier transit time. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of 222 Threads' control.
