Refund / Return Policy
All of our products are made on demand and are therefore final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a full refund for the affected product.
Thank you for understanding that, due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged during production or shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
